How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping details.

This will include a tracking number that will lead to the website of the shipping carrier responsible for delivering your package. Here, you can see when you can expect delivery and additional information on the status of the order.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free UK shipping on orders over the value of £50. Otherwise, shipping costs are as follows:

UK (standard delivery): £3.99

EU (standard delivery): £14.99

US (standard delivery): £19.99

Rest of World (standard delivery): £24.99

How long does shipping take?

We aim to ship all items in 3-11 working days.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

We aim to process orders on the same working day. We work to a maximum of 2 business days. 

Can you ship to a P.O box?

Sadly, no. 

Our couriers are not able to deliver to P.O. boxes, Army Post Offices (APOs), or Fleet Post Offices (FPOs).

What should I do if I haven't received my package?

If you have received a tracking number, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier. They will have more precise information about the status of the delivery.
